Ever since turning professional in 1976, Faldo recorded 43 professional wins, 9 of which were in the PGA Tour.

Rose won his first major championship at the 2013 US Open and became the first UK golfer to win a major since Nick Faldo in 1996 and the first UK golfer to win the US Open since Tony Jacklin in 1970.

 In 2018, Rose managed to climb up the rankings and become the World Number 1 in the official world golf ranking. As of right now, he has 10 PGA Tour wins and a total of 24 professional wins.

Rory McIlroy– 20

Laura Davies is the UK’s most accomplished modern female golfer and is the first non-American to top the LPGA money list. Out of her 87 professional wins, which is truly a staggering number, 20 come from the PGA Tour.

After turning professional in 1985, Davies lifted the standards of women’s golf as she became the first female golfer to win the LET Order of Merit 7 times.

Honourable Mention - Henry Cotton

Finally, we have arguably the best UK golfer of all time – Henry Cotton. European Tour’s Rookie of the Year is named after him. Now, Henry Cotton had 37 professional wins and had tons of achievements over the years, even though none of them came from the PGA Tour as he never played in this championship.
